Welcome to Bloom By Natz. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Bloom By Natz. Bloom By Natz operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
Bloom By Natz is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have permission from a legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all purchases and communications. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Bloom By Natz offers digital design products, including custom name logo designs and pre-made designs available in our Collections.
Custom name logos are created after purchase based on the name provided by the customer and follow Bloom By Natz’s signature geometric design style.
Designs available in the Collections section are pre-made digital designs that are available for instant access after purchase.
These digital designs are intended to be used as tattoo references.
Due to the nature of digital artwork:
• Visual appearance may vary depending on screen settings or tattoo interpretation
• Designs shown on social media are low-resolution previews only
• Delivered files after ordering are high-resolution digital designs suitable as tattoo references
All product descriptions and offerings are subject to change without notice.
Custom Name Logos
Custom name logos are created after purchase based on the name provided by the customer.
Delivery of custom designs is made via email within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once the design process has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Custom designs follow Bloom By Natz’s signature geometric style and are not exclusive. The same name design may be used again for another customer with the same name.
Collections (Instant Access Designs)
Designs available in the Collections section are pre-made digital designs.
These files are available for instant access or download after checkout.
Because these products are delivered digitally and immediately, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once access has been granted.
File Delivery & Customer Responsibility
All designs are delivered as final digital files unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the delivered design carefully before using it, including before getting the design tattooed.
Tattoo Disclaimer
Bloom By Natz provides digital designs intended as tattoo references. I am a graphic designer and not a tattoo artist.
The final tattoo result depends on the tattoo artist’s skill, interpretation, sizing, and placement on the body.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the design carefully before getting it tattooed. Bloom By Natz is not responsible for the final tattoo outcome or any modifications made by the tattoo artist.
Usage Rights
All designs created and sold by Bloom By Natz are for personal use only.
Customers may not resell, redistribute, modify for resale, or use the designs for commercial purposes, including selling the design on merchandise, digital products, or other platforms.
The design remains the intellectual property of Bloom By Natz.
Unless otherwise stated:

Prices include applicable VAT where required by German and EU law.

Any additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees for orders outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all charges will be honored.
Due to the custom and digital nature of our products:
- All sales are final once the design process has started or the file has been delivered
- No refunds or exchanges are offered for incorrect selections made during checkout
- Minor adjustments may be considered at our discretion
Any future physical products will have return policies clearly stated on their product pages.
All designs, name logos, artwork, images, videos, and content displayed on this website and Bloom By Natz’s social media platforms are the intellectual property of Bloom By Natz and its creator, Nanette Messlinger, and are protected by copyright laws.
Purchase of a design grants the buyer a non-exclusive license for:
- Personal use (e.g. tattoo, personal keepsake), and
- Use as their own personal brand or business name
The following is strictly prohibited without prior written permission:
- Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing
- Use for third parties
- Mass production or use for commercial merchandise
Authorship and ownership of the design remain with Bloom By Natz.
Unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before or after delivery, you grant Bloom By Natz permission to display your design (or portions of it) for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.
Our Services may include links or integrations with third-party platforms. Bloom By Natz is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
Bloom By Natz is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly between you and Bloom By Natz. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
If you submit feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you grant Bloom By Natz the right to use, reproduce, and display such content for business and promotional purposes without compensation.
