Are your products digital or physical?

I offer both!

🖥️ Digital Prints – Delivered via email, no physical item will be shipped.

👕 Apparel – Physical items like shirts are printed and shipped to you.

How will I receive my digital files?

You’ll get a download link by email immediately after purchase. For personalized designs, I’ll email your custom file within 2–3 business days.

Can I print the files myself?

Absolutely! You can print them at home or through a professional print shop. For best results, I recommend high-quality matte paper.

Are refunds available for digital items?

Since these are instant downloads, all sales are final. But if you have an issue, just reach out — I’ll take care of you. 💌

How are your shirts made?

All apparel is made-to-order using soft, high-quality materials and printed via a trusted print partner.

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 2–3 business days, then shipping usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange a shirt?

Because each item is made just for you, I don’t offer returns or exchanges — unless the item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order.

What size should I get?

Each product page includes a sizing chart. If you’re unsure, I always suggest sizing up for a comfy, relaxed fit!
