What do you offer?
I create custom name logos and digital design collections.
All products are digital files delivered by email or instant access after purchase.
No physical item will be shipped.
NAME LOGOS (CUSTOM DESIGNS)
How will I receive my name logo?
Your name logo is personally designed by me and delivered to your email within 5–7 business days (Mon–Fri) after purchase.
Is this an instant download?
No. Custom name logos are created after purchase, so they are not instant downloads.
Are the designs exclusive?
Designs follow my signature geometric style, which means the same name may receive the same or a similar design if another customer orders it.
COLLECTIONS (INSTANT ACCESS DESIGNS)
Designs in the Collections section are pre-made digital designs available for instant access after checkout.
How will I receive Collection designs?
After purchase, your file will be available for instant download or access.
USING YOUR DESIGN
Can I use the design for a tattoo?
Yes! Many customers use their design as a tattoo reference.
Please share the file with your tattoo artist so they can adjust the size and placement as needed.

Bloom By Natz provides digital designs intended as tattoo references. I am a graphic designer and not a tattoo artist.
The final tattoo result depends on the tattoo artist’s skill, interpretation, sizing, and placement on the body.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the design carefully before getting it tattooed. Bloom By Natz is not responsible for the final tattoo outcome or any modifications made by the tattoo artist.
Can I print my design?
Yes. You can print the design at home or through a professional print shop.
ORDERS & REFUNDS
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.
Custom designs and instant access files cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Can I request changes?
Each design is created carefully based on the style shown on my social media pages.
Minor adjustments may be possible, but full redesigns are not included.
